Things clinicians ask before buying

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, free, with no key and no payment needed. The setup wizard offers it the first time you open Nafsi, so you can run it in your practice before you buy. When the trial ends, enter a licence key to keep going.
What happens when my licence expires?
Your records stay on your computer and you can still export all of them. Nafsi is local-first, so nothing depends on our server staying up. You lose access to new updates until you renew. No data is held hostage.
Where does my patient data live?
On your computer. Your patients' records are encrypted on your device and there is no cloud sync — nothing is uploaded, ever. We never receive your patient data; the only thing we hold is the email address on your licence.
Can I use Nafsi on two computers?
A licence activates on one computer at a time. Moving to a new machine is supported and free — restore from a backup and activate there.
Which platforms are supported?
macOS 13 and later, and Windows 10 and later. Both run the same app with the same features, and your licence moves freely between them at no extra cost.
Refund policy?
A full refund within 30 days, no questions. Reply to your receipt email or write to us and we'll process it the same day.
