Before you download

Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Thirty days, free, starting the first time you open Nafsi. No credit card, no account, and nothing to cancel.
Does it handle couples and family sessions?
Yes. Every session records its own format, and when both people are your patients the visit is linked across their two charts — one appointment, a switcher between records, notes and clinical records kept separate on each side.
Can I do single-session or walk-in work?
Yes. A visit can be typed as a single-session intervention, which gives it a structured page of its own. Follow-ups falling due show on your dashboard.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
They stay on your computer. You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, whether your licence is current or not.
What if my laptop dies or is stolen?
Restore from one of your backups onto the new machine. And the records on the stolen laptop are not readable.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, entirely. Nafsi does not need an internet connection to run.
Can I move it to a new computer?
Yes, freely. Your licence works on one computer at a time and moves between machines whenever you need. The same licence works on macOS and Windows.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes — a real right-to-left interface, not a translation layer. Arabic, English and French, and you choose which your practice uses.
Does Nafsi diagnose patients?
No. It suggests screening instruments worth administering, and shows which diagnoses elevated scores support, for you to judge. It does not diagnose, and it is not a medical device.
